Granted we are not big enough for a massive light rail system like Chicago. However, a small light rail system that hits the proper targets a lot like Vancouver would work great. Start with connecting Downtown, Clearwater airport, the beaches, and Clearwater. After this if it's successful we can expand to the shopping districts.
